How do I create an account?

DUO Health is available to employees through your organization. Your company administrator will send you an invitation link to register.

How do I connect my fitness tracker?

Go to the Activity tab, then tap "Manage" under Connected Sources. You can connect Apple Health, Fitbit, Strava, Garmin, and Withings.

How do I delete my account?

Go to the Me tab, tap the Settings gear icon (top right), scroll to the "Danger Zone" section, and tap "Delete Account." Your data will be permanently removed.

Is my health data secure?

Yes. All health data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You control what's visible to others through the privacy settings in your profile.

How do challenges work?

Your organization creates wellness challenges with specific goals and timeframes. Join from the Challenges tab, track your progress, and see how you rank on the leaderboard.

Privacy Policy

DUO Health collects health and activity data solely to provide wellness tracking features. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is stored securely and can be deleted at any time from within the app.
